Kayak to Eagles Nest

Our half-day kayak trips provide a short but wonderful introduction to kayaking and to this breathtaking area of coastal Alaska. Get a taste of paddling while seeing the dramatic scenery and wildlife of Yukon Island.

We ordinarily see sea otters, eagles and their nests, sea ducks, seals, and sometimes porpoises, sea lions, and different species of whales.

Your trip is led by a guide with CPR and First Aid training. Our guides are happy to share their local knowledge of Kachemak Bay and Homer. Learn about this beautiful area as you paddle along its waters.
