Rent a Cabin on Hesketh Island
The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple, and it’s glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island.
Spend your vacation exploring the islands via kayak or SUP, or hike the Grace Ridge trail to views of fjords and volcanoes! The shack has a full-size bed in a small loft and a full bed downstairs. There is an outhouse, two-burner cook stove, propane heater, dishes, drinking water, and two dish tubs.
Full bedding is provided as well as propane, a lighter, sponge, salt, and pour-over coffee maker with filters. The Surf Shack can be rented in conjunction with the House on Hesketh Island for big groups.
Guided kayaking and kayak rentals, SUP tours, as well as transportation to hiking in the state park are available. Our True North water taxi takes you to the island for $85 per adult and $70 for kids 12 and under.
